Mobile parlor - Mobistar
The Mobistar is a fully-installed Swing Over parlour with 10 Clusters. This parlor can be used as a temporary solution or as semi-permanent parlour. The Mobistar has a capacity of 60 to 80 cows per hour. Purchasing is possible in different ways: buying, renting, leasing and rent purchase with buyback guarantee.
Mobistar is delivered readymade, you have to take care of the following connections: water supply (cold and hot), power supply and a connection to the cooling tank. We can deliver the Mobistar in the morning and you can milk the same evening.
The basic version of the Mobistar parlour includes a complete frame work, the steel parts have a powdercoating, where the cows stand the rubber mats are type "Kraiburg", there are lights in mounted to the frame. Optional are an ascending and descending, and a transparent roof.
The milking technique for this Swing-Over with 10 units is complete. This set includes clusters, automatic cluster remover, Swing-Over arms, pulsators, pulsation control unit, milk pumps, milk receiver, vacuum pumps, AutoWasher, AquaJets, vacuum line, milk line, wash line and the breather line.
By sale or rent for a long period, the parlour can be extended with options at your wishes. Below you can click on the pictures to see the various possibilities. These are:
- A Mobistar is placed outside on a paved surface. During the installation of a new Dairymaster parlour, 400 cows were milked temporary with the Mobistar. The capacity of the Mobistar is exceptionally high for a mobile milking parlor.
- A Mobistar is placed within a holder, in relation to funding problems from the bank, it was not possible to build a new parlor. The roofless Mobistar is now placed in a building.
- A Mobistar is placed in a deeper position in the stable. The current robot cost € 20,000.- per year just to keep it running. Financing a new parlor was not possible at that time. The Mobistar is now rented for a period of three years. Since the placement of the Mobistar there is even less labor needed and the company is in full operation. With this long term renting of the Mobistar, it is equipped with splash plates and a management program including milk measurement.
